Not really sure what to make of this company anymore. Missing basic support while on a fairly expensive business plan, requesting a cancellation and getting charged 2 days later telling me they'll cancel after the renewal term. I smelled something like this coming my way so I have already downgraded the service to the absolute minimum it allows me to. I have finally received communication from them when the cancellation was requested. I cannot recommend this company/service for their dishonesty and major security issues.
Their customer service hierarchy is actually offensive. The chat bot doesn't undertsand my questions and evidently regular users arent worth their time to provide any access to email or any support other than reading help articles all day. I really have a simple question that anyone could probably answer in 1 minute but there's no one to talk to for lowly users like me lol

Horrible customer service, buggy products, and bad user experience.
Worst costumer service ever! I have tried sending their support form : the system did not let me. I have tried talking to their chat bot, they did not know my answer. I have tried calling them, they did not answer. I finally managed to talk to a human in the chat, they replied like a robot and then disconnected me because I took too long to get my account number.
I am exhausted and I am sincerely thinking considering sending them a given notice to resolve my issue will be easier than then going thru their support system again!
Considering the issue I have is that they charged me without my authorization. I will never be giving any money to a company that treats their costumer so poorly!
I really like Grammarly a lot but the only two things are bad about it. One is that it doesn't work in google products I don't know why. It only works on mail and Google docs in a google product. Also, the second thing is that the tone detector is not there when you click a new document on Grammarly. It should make things better when you are not paying. They should add more options on a free plan. Personally, I think that Grammarly is a great start!
Zoom is the best option out there to use for video meetings or call. They let you use zoom for free for 45 minutes long. Picture and audio quality is always good if only you have stable internet connection.
Pretty useful for business and classes too, easy to use and very convenient to use in general. Most people prefer this platform as for using it as a mandatory way of teaching and communication for students and and other business virtual meetings.

I used it several times during the pandemic and I'm very likely to use it again. No hick-ups, everything worked just fine. It did take me a moment to figure out how to schedule a meeting as I had to explain it to someone else in detail. But to be honest, it's easy, just dive in and you will be ok.
Try another platform quality of streaming has been down graded and if you purchase an additional option such as ability to host a webinar for more than 100 people you are stuck being billed for a year. Avoid

If I could put 0 to this review I would. I have terrible bad experience from them. Before they would not have trouble sending money to the recipient. Now it takes forever for them to send the money. Worst, if the trasaction hasnt reflected yet on your bank and you cancelled, it would ask for 4 days for refund. What? How can they refund something they haven't taken out.
I REALLY THINK XOOM USES OUR MONEY FOR THEIR PERSONAL INTEREST LIKE PUTTING IT ON THE STOCK MARKET ETC. THAT'S WHY IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET INTO RECIPIENT AND EVEN IF YOU CANCEL (EVEN IF NO PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR BANK YET) THET WOULD STILL TAKE TAKE OUT YOUR MONEY. Worst the refund takes forever.
SOLUTION: Use METROBANK Remittance. It may take an effort for you to drive or walk in there but its worth it. They are $1 higher exchange rate compared to xoom. That's a lot of money if you send money to your love ones in your country. It's worth it!!! TRUST ME. Plus, it only takes one day for the recipient to receive it unlike xoom that takes FOREVER.

I am using Zoom since the start of the pandemic. It is very useful but its a little bit hard to navigate. You should have a premium account to use its full potential. But overall Zoom is good to specially when teaching online.
The best thing about zoom i found is the user interface. Easy to invite people via link and along with one click login it is quite good application for huge virtual meetings. Only con i came across is the glitchy video time to time when you are sharing screen while meeting. Otherwise the application is worth the money.

Absolutely impossible to get intouch with zoom's customer service. They promise response times of 15 minutes to 24 hours basis the urgency of your request. In my case It's been 6 days. I've been constantly following up but still haven't heard from them.

It's a legit company. The technology that zoom provides is good but their customer support and response times are pathetic.
